We are an established distributors of Window Film, Application Tools and Car Accessories with over 28 years experience in the industry, Based in Southampton, England, we are the sole distributors of MoonRaker window films here in the UK, and Alpena car accessories. We distribute Gila application tools from the USA to the window film industry, and to the signwriting trade where there is a similar demand.

There are restricted courier services during these periods and so it is not always feasible to get your orders collected and delivered.
At Reflexis UK we have a daily courier collection at 2pm with TNT. Orders received after 1.30pm can not be guaranteed for Next Day Delivery. We use an alternative courier, APS, for Republic of Ireland deliveries, certain mainland UK destinations and late orders where a collection is possible.
With every courier service there are occassionally circumstances that prevent a consignment from being delivered on time. This can vary from extreme weather conditions to an incorrect delivery address being given. If you are experiencing a problem with your delivery then please contact TNT direct on # 0800 777 222. If you call from a landline you will be put through to your local TNT depot and they will be able to assist you in tracking your consignment. If you need to speak with us direct then please contact # 07812 158114 and we will attempt to track your consignment on your behalf.

Opening Your Account
There are three ways to purchase film at Reflexis:
1. Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard & Switch (American express NOT accepted)
2. Pay with cash at our premises
3. First three shipments must go to credit card billing address.
Strictly 30 Days Credit Account
When you call to place your first order, Reflexis will set up your account to make your ordering process as quick and easy as possible. After 6 months trading you can apply for a credit account, if your Credit Account Application is approved (3-5 working days, depending on the completeness of your Application and the response time of your references) a 30 day credit account will be opened. You may pay by cheque on orders, if a cheque is returned by your bank, a £10.00 service fee will be charged for any returned cheques..

To ensure total accuracy with your account, Reflexis UK Limited invoice every shipment that goes out, whether it be film (Including replacement film), tools or sales aids.
We issue credit only when your product is received back to our premises.
There are several possible scenarios which may necessitate the return of films:
1) You don’t like the film *
You try one of our films for the first time and after tinting one car or a few windows, you decide you don’t like that particular film.
Solution: We issue a pick up to have the unused film picked up. When the film comes back into our stores, we credit you for a full 100% roll if there is at least 75 linear feet left on the roll (i.e., you tinted only one car or two window). If there is less than 75%, we will credit for the actual footage returned.
2) The wrong film was ordered *
You ordered the wrong film or lost the job after you ordered the film.
Solution: Refuse the shipment when it arrives at your door. When the film is returned to our stores, we will credit your account, but you will be responsible for the freight as invoiced. If you want different film, we will issue a new order and you will be charged.
3) The wrong film delivered *
We made a mistake and shipped you the wrong film.
Solution: We promptly send you the correct film and we pay the freight. We will issue a pick up to collect the unwanted film from you and bring it back to us.
4) There is a film problem *
A quality problem prevents you from using a particular roll of film.
Solution: We will send you replacement film as fast as you need it. The film will be billed as all regular shipments. We issue a pick up to collect the defective film. When the returned film is received, we issue a credit leaving you a credit in your account for future purchases.
5) You’ve decided not to use our film *
You choose to return film that has been in your inventory for any reason other than a specific quality problem.
Solution: We are happy to take back any film in good condition within 6 months of the original purchase date. You will be credited based on the corresponding 25 feet increment that we will be able to resell the film. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on film you return on your own or if we receive it six months or more after the purchase date.
• Scenarios 1, 2 and 5 cannot be applied to Pre-Cut film.
